How much is shipping?
Shipping costs will be displayed during checkout.
After placing an order, how long before it is shipped?
We strive to ship orders as quickly as possible, but depending on order volume and item availability, orders may take up to 10 business days to ship. If for some reason, your order can't be completed in that time, you will be contacted and/or offered a refund. Customized LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen or rerouted packages.
I received a damaged/defective item, what should I do?
Please email alex@customizedllc.com with your order number and pictures of the damaged/defective item for assistance.
How do I request a refund?
We do not accept returns and issue refunds for personalized items (i.e. clothing or accessories with names and/or pictures requested/submitted by the purchaser. Non-personalized items must be unworn/unused and in their original packaging to be accepted. Please email alex@customizedllc.com for assistance and allow up to 14 business days for refunds to be processed.
