Screen printing Tried and true, Screen printing has been around for decades. Clothing and accessories made from various types of material can be screen printed with excellent wear and durability. Screen printing can be a bit on the expensive side for short runs but very economical for large runs. Also keep in mind, each additional color will increase the price. |
CAD Cut Heat Transfer Vinyl We do not use heat transfer vinyl (or HTV) that you might find in the hobby section of your favorite grocery store that you cut with scissors and apply with an iron. We use only the highest quality HTV (similar to what you might see on Nike and Under Armour apparel) that requires industrial equipment to apply. Our HTV comes in a myriad of colors and tends to be more cost effective means of decoration for small to medium sizes runs compared to Screen printing. |
Sublimation Another technology that has been around for decades and is used to decorate polyester fabrics and polyester coated items. Sublimation can only be used on white or light color garments and works best on 100% polyester. Performance shirts, ring spun polyester shirts, socks, headbands and mousepads (examples shown above) are just a few items that can be sublimated. |
