Bill Lewter is once again fighting colon cancer. After believing the cancer was gone, Bill and his family received the difficult news that it had returned. At the end of August 2026, Bill underwent a life-saving abdominoperineal resection (APR), a major surgery that resulted in a permanent colostomy.

Bill is now recovering, adapting to life with a stoma, and facing the challenges of being unable to work. Through it all, his family and community continue to stand beside him with love, strength, and hope.
